What is included in the registration fee?
Access to all educational sessions, networking events, session resources, and meals.
When is the deadline for registration?
You may register at any time up until the day of the live event and during the event.
Are the meals included?
Yes, we host a reception with light hors-d’oeuvres on Sunday evening of the conference, breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday of the conference, and breakfast on the final day of the conference. Please check the agenda for times and availability.
Does my company or myself have to be a Member to register for an event?
Membership is not required to register for our event. However, for most of the events, there is a special discount rate for Members, and nonmember registrations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where can I find more information about the event, i.e., agenda, speaker line-up, and topics?
Visit the sections associated with each topic to get information about the agenda, speakers, and exhibitors.
Who should attend these events?
Health Center C-suite and health center personnel working in the areas of operations, finance, clinical, human resources, development, marketing, communications, and technology are engaged to attend the event.
Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Please check the event site for the hotel information and how to book your accommodations.
What is the dress code at these events?
The dress code at the event is business casual for all participants. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend layers for your comfort. There will also be attire recommendations for the special networking events.
Will there be networking opportunities at the event(s)?
Yes, there are several opportunities to network with others attending the event, including attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors. Please review the agenda for specific dates, times, and other details.
